These Terms of Service explain how BlushingBlossoms (“we”) provides products and services. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. Florist contract guidance often recommends clear clauses about fees, substitutions, and cancellations[web:451][web:474].

1. Orders & Payment

• Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
• Prices, products, and availability may change with seasons and demand.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item becomes unavailable or there is a payment issue). Any payments for cancelled orders will be refunded.

2. Floral Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and natural. If a particular stem or colour is unavailable, we may substitute with similar flowers of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style and palette as close as reasonably possible. 3. Delivery

• Delivery windows are estimates; we do our best to meet them but cannot guarantee exact times.
• If the recipient is not available, we may leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbour, or follow the instructions provided at checkout.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details; incorrect addresses may cause delays or extra fees.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• Everyday orders: changes or cancellations requested at least 24 hours before delivery are usually possible.
• Within 24 hours of delivery, flowers may already be ordered or designed; in this case, cancellation or major changes may not be possible or may involve a fee.
• Weddings and larger events have separate written agreements with additional terms, as recommended in event‑florist resources[web:451][web:474].

5. Quality & Concerns

If there is a concern with your flowers, please contact the studio within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and a photo. We will review the situation and may, at our reasonable discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit[web:475][web:451].

• You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.
• Content on the website is provided for general information and may change without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Photos, text, bouquet names, and branding on this site belong to BlushingBlossoms unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy, distribute, or reuse them without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed events, lost opportunities, or emotional distress beyond the value of the products supplied[web:475][web:451].
